Dinner - Tuesday, November 7, 2006

quickie tonight - pork tenderloin with apricot onion sauce. Really good - just saute red onions with curry powder until cooked down, then mix with water and apricot jam. Saute the pork (I cut the tenderloins into medallions then pounded them flat) and then pour the onion mixture over.

Mmm.
